Directions

  1. Cut 2 cookies crosswise in half, reserving 1 half for garnish. Chop the remaining cookie and half.
  2. Microwave caramel topping, serrano pepper slices, and lime/lemon juice until heated through. Set aside and allow it to cool for 2 minutes.
  3. Place half of the chopped cookies in your favorite bowl. Top with Gallivant’s Thai Coconut Mawa Ice Cream, caramel topping mixture, and remaining chopped cookies.
  4. Top with the reserved cookie and a cherry!
