Tropical Sundae with Peanut Butter Cookies

- 3 Nutter Butter cookies, chopped
- 3 Tbsp salted caramel sauce
- 2 Serrano pepper slices
- 1/2 tsp. lime/lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Gallivant’s Thai Coconut Mawa Ice Cream
- Maraschino cherries (optional)
Directions
- Cut 2 cookies crosswise in half, reserving 1 half for garnish. Chop the remaining cookie and half.
- Microwave caramel topping, serrano pepper slices, and lime/lemon juice until heated through. Set aside and allow it to cool for 2 minutes.
- Place half of the chopped cookies in your favorite bowl. Top with Gallivant’s Thai Coconut Mawa Ice Cream, caramel topping mixture, and remaining chopped cookies.
- Top with the reserved cookie and a cherry!
