Directions for the Blondies

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°
  2. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. In separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and caramel sauce.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Let the blondies cool completely before cutting into squares.


Directions for the Sundae

  1. Place a blondie in bowl.

  3. Drizzle the sundae with caramel sauce.
