It’s a matcha lover’s dream come true. This recipe combines our classic vanilla ice cream with the vibrant allure of matcha in every spoonful.

Directions

  1. Separate one egg, placing the egg white in a bowl.
  2. Use whisk or hand mixer to whip the eggs until stiff peaks begin to form. Add in the sugar and mix briefly again.
  3. Sift the matcha powder over the egg white and sugar mixture. Fold together until mixture is bright green.
  4. Place 2 to 3 scoops of Gallivant Vanilla ice cream into a cup or bowl. Top with Matcha Dalgona!
