Matcha Dalgona

Calling all matcha lovers!
It’s a matcha lover’s dream come true. This recipe combines our classic vanilla ice cream with the vibrant allure of matcha in every spoonful.
Featured flavor: Madagascar Vanilla
Ingredients

- 1 pint Gallivant’s Madagascar Vanilla Mawa Ice Cream
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp sugar
Directions
- Separate one egg, placing the egg white in a bowl.
- Use whisk or hand mixer to whip the eggs until stiff peaks begin to form. Add in the sugar and mix briefly again.
- Sift the matcha powder over the egg white and sugar mixture. Fold together until mixture is bright green.
- Place 2 to 3 scoops of Gallivant Vanilla ice cream into a cup or bowl. Top with Matcha Dalgona!
