Strawberry Ice Cream Soda Float
Strawberry-Vanilla Bliss!
This recipe combines our classic vanilla ice cream with homemade strawberry puree for a perfectly sweet treat.

Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
- 2 scoops Gallivant’s Madagascar Vanilla Mawa Ice Cream
- Whipped cream, for topping
- Fresh strawberries, for garnish
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the sliced strawberries and granulated sugar. Mix well and let it sit for about 10 minutes to allow the strawberries to release their juices.
- Using a blender or food processor, puree the sugared strawberries until smooth.
- In a tall glass, add half of the strawberry puree.
- Pour half of the club soda or sparkling water into the glass and stir gently.
- Add one scoop of Madagascar Vanilla Mawa Ice Cream to the glass.
- Pour the remaining strawberry puree over the ice cream.
- Top it off with the remaining club soda or sparkling water.
- Add another scoop of Madagascar Vanilla Mawa Ice Cream to the glass.
- If desired, top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries!
