Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°
  2. Spread peanuts on a cookie sheet with olive oil and sea salt. Roast for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned.
  3. Warm fudge and caramel sauce over a stovetop
  4. Crumble brownies by breaking apart with hands.
  5. Run a metal ice cream scoop under hot water. Scoop 2-3 balls of Gallivant Vietnamese Coffee Ice Cream onto a cup or bowl.
  6. Top with whipped cream, fudge, caramel, roasted peanuts, and crumbled brownies.
