Ingredients

- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 freshly baked brownie square
- 3 tbsp chocolate fudge sauce
- 2 tbsp caramel sauce
- Sea salt to taste
- 3 scoops of Gallivant’s Vietnamese Coffee Ice Cream
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 400°
- Spread peanuts on a cookie sheet with olive oil and sea salt. Roast for 6-8 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Warm fudge and caramel sauce over a stovetop
- Crumble brownies by breaking apart with hands.
- Run a metal ice cream scoop under hot water. Scoop 2-3 balls of Gallivant Vietnamese Coffee Ice Cream onto a cup or bowl.
- Top with whipped cream, fudge, caramel, roasted peanuts, and crumbled brownies.
