- Gallivant’s Thai Coconut Mawa Ice Cream
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup fudge or chocolate sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Place peanuts in sealed bag and crush.
- Drizzle and toss peanuts with light oil and salt.
- Bake peanuts for 20-25 minutes or until golden.
- Place 2-3 scoops of Gallivant Thai Coconut ice cream in a dish.
- Drizzle with fudge, top with roasted peanuts, and enjoy!
