Ingredients

- 1 pint Gallivant Thai Coconut Mawa Ice Cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes for topping
- Whipped cream for topping
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325°
- Spread the coconut flakes in a thin layer onto a baking sheet. Bake for 5-10 minutes, stirring every few minutes to help the flakes toast evenly. Set aside in a bowl and let cool completely.
- Put 4 scoops of Gallivant Madagascar Thai Coconut Ice Cream in a blender with milk.
- Blend on medium speed for around 20 seconds. Avoid blending for too long to keep it thick.
- Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes.
