Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°
  2. Spread the coconut flakes in a thin layer onto a baking sheet. Bake for 5-10 minutes, stirring every few minutes to help the flakes toast evenly. Set aside in a bowl and let cool completely.
  3. Put 4 scoops of Gallivant Madagascar Thai Coconut Ice Cream in a blender with milk.
  4. Blend on medium speed for around 20 seconds. Avoid blending for too long to keep it thick.
  5. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes.
