  1. Preheat oven to 300°
  2. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Whisk together oil, honey, cinnamon and salt. Add oats and almonds in once mixed well.
  4. Spreads oats onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Slices and dice 2 to 3 strawberries. Wash and dry blackberries and blueberries.
  6. Run a metal ice cream scoop under hot water. Place 2 to 3 scoops of Gallivant Thai Coconut Mawa Ice Cream in a cup or bowl.
  7. Top with granola, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.
