Chai Affogato

This recipe combines our unique Guatemalan Cardamom ice cream with classic black tea. This delightful treat is sure to warm your heart!

Ingredients
Preparation: 10 min | Serves: 1
- 1 Tbsp loose leaf blag tea or 1 black tea bag
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 scoop Gallivant’s Guatemalan Cardamom Mawa Ice Cream
Directions
- Heat water to 100°C/212°F
- Steep your black tea of choice in hot water for 5 min. Seal in the aroma by covering!
- Strain away the past or gently remove the tea bag
- In your mug of choice, scoop in Gallivant Cardamom ice cream and pour over the tea. Enjoy!
