CardaMom’s Jalebi Crisp!
What is Jalebi?
It is an Indian/Arabaic fried sweet popular throughout the Middle East and South Asia. It is made by deep-frying maida flour (or all-purpose flour) batter in pretzel or circular shapes, which are then drenched in sugary syrup.

Ingredients

- 1 Jalebi Crisp & sugar syrup
- 4 scoops Cardamom Mawa Ice Cream
- Pistachio slivers
- Dried rose petals
- Sliced almond pieces
Procedure
Assemble as shown in picture. Enjoy immediately while crisps are warm.
Note: To prevent crisps from getting soggy, save the sugar syrup for right before consuming.
