What is Carrot (Gajar) ka Halwa?
It is a carrot based sweet dessert pudding from India, made by placing grated carrots in a pot containing a specific amount of water, milk and sugar and then cooking while stirring regularly. It is traditionally eaten during all the festivals of India, including Diwali, Holi, Eid-al Fitr, and Raksha Bandhan.

Ingredients

- Carrot Halwa
- 4 scoops Pistachio Mawa Ice Cream
- Pistachio slivers
- Dried rose petals
- Parle-G Biscuit Crumbles
Procedure
- Add 2-3 tbsps of Parle-G crumbles into a layer
- Layer 1 scoop of Gallivant Pistachio Mawa ice cream as shown in the picture
- Layer 1 scoop of warm gajar halwa as shown in the picture
- Garnish with pistachio slivers
