Discovered by ‘dancing goats’ of Ethiopia in 700 A.D., coffee beans have since traveled from Africa to Arabia to India and eventually to Vietnam in 1857. While gallivanting with the locals, we learnt that the Vietnamese Robusta coffee beans have a strong, dark and nutty taste which make them the best coffee beans to complement our caramelised mawa ice creams!
