What is Jalebi?
It is an Indian/Arbaic fried sweet popular throughout the Middle East and South Asia. It is made by deep-frying maida flour (or all-purpose flour) batter in pretzel or circular shapes, which are then drenched in sugary syrup.

Procedure
Assemble as shown in picture. Enjoy immediately while crisps are warm.
